Neel is both Broker & Vice President at KOLT. Neel has over 18 years of well-rounded real estate experience, from acquisition and disposition to everything in between including development, capital improvement, leasing and asset management. Neel has donned diversified roles such as, development manager, investment manager, leasing manager and director of asset and property management. In the asset manager role, Neel had managed over $500M in assets with a major retail REIT, $350M in industrial and office assets with a pension fund and over $200M in residential assets with private equity. Neel has been focusing on selling Industrial Condo Units in GTA West in the last 5 years, with over 1 Million sq ft Condo units sold or being marketed. Neel holds an MBA from University of Toronto’s Rotman school of Management and is a registered real estate Broker in Ontario.
