Bio
Neha Abassi is a lifelong Houstonian. Growing up in a family that built a business around real estate, her industry knowledge is vast. A natural saleswoman, Neha chose sales and customer focused roles throughout college to fund her education, including a short stint at a real estate firm. Consistently named the top salesperson at each of her jobs, she knew there was something there.
Neha graduated from Bauer College of Business at The University of Houston and landed in a supply chain role that allowed her to work closely with her stakeholders to deliver quality results. While there, she also attained her real estate license and practiced as a hobby. Falling in love with the industry, she decided to make a career jump and fully focus on commercial real estate.
Prior to Friedman, she worked in a boutique real estate firm and focused on representing buyers. Her hard work, charisma, and true passion for real estate helped Neha gain and retain customers. Her focus is in retail & land, varying into leasing, investment sales, and development.
