Bio
Neil is a Partner and Head of our Retail Leasing & Development team.
Working from more than 20 years of experience, Neil advises landlords and occupiers across Central London and the UK. His market knowledge and strategic approach help clients make property decisions aligned with their overall goals and tailored to local trends.
Before joining Farebrother, Neil had been a Partner at EA Shaw and later went on to be the Director of the Central London Retail team at CBRE. He is MRICS qualified and a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors society.
At Farebrother, Neil’s clients include The Governing Body of Rugby School, United Grand Lodge of England, Hermes, Debenham Property Trust, Viridis, Deerbrook, London & Continental Railways and Standard Life as well as being retained by iSmash for development advice and store acquisitions.
Beyond work, Neil spends his time being a father, with a little skiing and football on the side.
