With more than 20 years of experience, Neil advises landlords and occupiers across Central London and the UK as a retail and leisure specialist in all leasing and development matters. His market knowledge and strategic approach help clients make property decisions aligned with their overall goals and tailored to local trends. Before joining Union Street Partners and Farebrother, Neil had been a Partner at EA Shaw and later went on to be the Director of the Central London Retail team at CBRE. He is MRICS qualified and a member of the Restaurant Property Advisors Society sitting on the committee. Neil has advised on some of the most exciting retail projects in the South Bank, including the conservation of a series of railway arches at Leake Street (beneath Waterloo Station) which is now a new dining and leisure quarter on behalf of London & Continental Railways (LCR) and leasing advice on over 30,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space at South Bank Central. Neil is currently advising Archco on London Bridge Island, the redevelopment of five prime Arches adjacent to London Bridge Station for leisure uses. Other clients include Lend Lease, The Governing Body of Rugby School, The United Grand Lodge of England, Debenham Property Trust, Viridis, and Deerbrook Group and t, as well as being retained by iSmash , Camile Thai and Urban Fitness gyms for development advice and store acquisitions. Beyond work, Neil enjoys spends his time being a father, with a little skiing and football on the side.
