Neil Doornheim, born in 1967 is Vice President Asset Management at ARCTRUST Properties. Prior to joining ARC Properties Inc., Mr. Doornheim was the Asset Manager Supervisor of ARC Commercial Mortgage Company, a California based commercial mortgage company for various commercial property types. Prior to ARC Commercial Mortgage Company, Mr. Doornheim was the Director of Portfolio Management for VAP International, a New Jersey based Real Estate Development Company. Mr. Doornheim has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial and physical management of retail real estate assets. Mr. Doornheim also has significant business management experience in the area of project management, construction management and development. Mr. Doornheim has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from North Carolina State College
