With over 20 years experience in the Real Estate business, Neil Townley began his career in Commercial Real Estate by specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties in the Northern California region. Neil has worked in all phases of the business including acquisition and disposition of properties, leasing, tenant representation, site location, and consulting. Neil's understanding of and experience in both retail leasing and retail investment sales makes him more knowledgeable and effective in both areas. Neil has represented numerous national and local tenants and landlords as well as large institutional owners and small individual investors, and investment groups. These experiences have developed refined sophisticated skills in all aspects of retail brokerage.
Neil has also done consulting, dispositions and acquisitions for many national tenants, which have included major banks, restaurant chains, and retailers. He has negotiated leases numbering in the hundreds and been involved in the marketing of over a million square feet of land and buildings.
