Nelson is continually seeking out new investment opportunities to create value for our clients. Nelson has worked on 100 various commercial projects throughout Texas, successfully completing over 1400 leasing and sales transactions, which total over $500 million in revenues. Nelson has participated in all phases of development for 12 completed new projects and an additional 12 redevelopment projects, as well as having led asset teams to acquire over 4 million square feet of commercial/retail properties. His expertise in deal structuring, negotiations, marketing, and business development help our clients maximize their profitability. Nelson is currently an active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is recognized by the Real Estate Negotiation Institute as a Certified Negotiation Expert. Nelson is a former officer of Bellaire Southwest Houston Rotary Club and former member of the city of Bellaire’s Economic Development Council.
