Nelson White began his real estate career in 1989 with the purchase, rehabilitation and reselling of residential properties in San Diego County. His company bought and sold 89 homes over the next 11 years.
Nelson graduated from San Diego State University in 1994 with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing. He became a California real estate salesperson in 1996 and later obtained my broker's license. Nelson’s first broker was Prudential California Realty in Bonita, California. In recognition of the success he earned his first year selling other people's homes, Nelson was awarded "Rookie of the Year."
The owners of the sub-branch left the Prudential franchise and opened a Realty Executives franchise. Here, he went on to become a top producer and was then offered a branch manager position for a new office in the franchise.
In 2005 Nelson joined the largest franchisee of Prudential in the nation at California Realty that September. After having the unique opportunity to study the firm from the inside out, Nelson White became co-manager in Del Mar and Rancho Santa Fe and sole manager of the firm's offices in Solana Beach and Encinitas.
