Nicholas “Nic” Ketter is the Licensed Real Estate Broker and Principal of Realize Brokers. Nic grew up in Queensbury, NY – graduating in 2012. Nic then spent 6 years in the Albany, NY area while playing Football for the University at Albany Great Danes and obtaining his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Nic spent 1.5 years working with “Fortune 500” Company GE Digital as part of an emerging technology team that aimed to improve employee and customer experience through innovation. Nic voluntarily left GE to pursue a career in Real Estate. Nic worked directly under R. Mark Levack of Levack Real Estate. Nic served in this role for 3 years where he gained valuable practical experience transacting Residential and Commercial deals of varying complexities. Nic founded Realize Brokers in 2020 with the mission to improve the experience of transacting Real Estate for clients, customers and co-operating agents through support, professionalism and practical implementation of emerging technologies.
