Nick Gersbach is a Senior Vice President in CBRE's downtown Philadelphia office. He has been with CBRE for 17 years and during that time has focused exclusively on the downtown Philadelphia office market. He has represented numerous high-profile tenants, including RBC, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Parsons Corporation, The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), BlackRock, Arch Insurance and TranSystems Corporation. His transactional expertise, his deep knowledge of the local market, and his very thorough, consultative approach have benefited his tenant clients through consistent cost savings as well as meeting and exceeding their requirements. He has also represented landlords in this market for over 8 million square feet of office space, and has successfully positioned these assets through preparation and implementation of detailed marketing plans.
Prior to joining CBRE, Nick was employed at Olympic Steel, Inc. where he worked in sales and marketing servicing clients from northern New Jersey to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Nick also worked for C.F. Halloway, III Builders & Developers where he gained considerable working knowledge of the residential development process.
