Nicholas D. “Nico” Hohman is an award-winning, licensed Florida real estate broker. He was the Founder of Hohman Homes, a residential real estate brokerage and property management firm, and HHRG, a commercial real estate services firm, before selling his companies to the Tomlin St. Cyr Real Estate Services organization. He now serves as a Senior Advisor with Tomlin Commercial.
Headquartered in Downtown Tampa, Nico Hohman is also the primary consultant at NDH Consulting, a business growth and development consultancy for real estate brokerages and other small to medium sized companies.
Since 2014, Nico has been involved in the brokerage, construction, and management of over 250 properties valued at over $70,000,000.00. Mr. Hohman has personally directed, managed, and trained over 40 agents at his two real estate firms.
Nico currently serves as the Chairman of the Hillsborough County Historic Resources Review Board (HRRB.) The HRRB strives to protect architectural and archaeological sites in Hillsborough County. He serves as a Director at Stellar MLS in Orlando, Fla. and he served a two-year term as a member of the Board of Directors at Greater Tampa Realtors in 2018-19.
Mr. Hohman is a contributing author to REALTOR Magazine and Inman, an innovative news source for the real estate industry. He is also an adjunct professor of real estate at Hillsborough Community College.
In December 2018, Nico was named a RISMedia 2019 Real Estate Newsmaker in the Futurist category for his contributions to the real estate industry in the Tampa Bay area.
Nico is actively involved in improving the Tampa Bay area community and beyond by serving on committees and boards at Emerging Leaders of Tampa Bay, the Tampa Bay Chamber of Commerce, Greater Tampa Realtors, Florida Realtors, Nativity Catholic School Board, Toastmasters International, the University of Florida School of Construction Management Alumni Association, and the Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital Guild.
From 2013-2018, Coach Hohman was the Head Golf Coach at Jesuit High School in Tampa. He won a FHSAA District title every year, two FHSAA Region titles, and was a State Finalist every year.
In his free time, Nico enjoys watching his beloved Chicago Cubs, Tampa Bay Lightning, Florida Gators, and Borussia Dortmund. Nico and his wife Jessica have three children - Brooks, Vance, and Reese - and a dog named Wrigley.
