Nick Kyriazes has nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He first started in the industry as a research intern and has steadily advanced through the ranks of associates to become an executive vice president of 360 Real Estate Services, LLC. During this advancement as part of small, dedicated real estate teams he has accrued a diverse range of skills ranging from market intelligence, data mining, research, negotiations, portfolio management and sales.
Nick Kyriazes earned his bachelors degree in History, Philosophy and Education at Monmouth College in Monmouth, IL where he graduated Suma Cum Laude and was the school's Lincoln Laureate. He was also recognized by his peers as the Senior Man of the Year in 2005-05. He holds a broker's license in the state of Illinois.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago Nick Kyriazes had the good fortune of marrying his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of three children; Alexandria, Lucas and Makayla. He is also the occasionally not so proud owner of the fuzziest member of his family, Sophie the dog. In his spare time he enjoys reading, creative writing, hiking and exercising.
