Nick Parisi started with Goble Properties in 2004. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2008 and is responsible for operating positions for Goble Properties investments. In 2009, Nick restructured the Goble Properties asset management and property management divisions by bringing the management back in-house. He is responsible for establishing Goble Properties’ short-?term investment strategy and is in charge of structuring and managing the debt portfolio. Nick earned the Certified Commercial Investment?Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. Nick attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara,?California where he graduated with a B.S. in Economics & Business as well as a B.S.?in Philosophy.
