I help corporations and medical practitioners rethink, resize and reimagine their corporate space needs by providing expert site location and acquisition services. When it comes to commercial real estate, my super power is in negotiating the best location and the best terms for each client’s overall business strategy. I have skillfully provided tenant and buyer representation to medical practitioners, corporate entities and local governments for over 10 years.
As a top producer, CCIM, ALC member, Chairperson to our CRE Committee, trainer, and business owner, I lead a team of professionals with over 25 years of combined corporate and commercial real estate experience who each take extreme ownership in the services we provide to our corporate clients. Whether it is identifying the right site to develop, selling an asset, negotiating a complex multi-year lease, or negotiating offers to acquire properties in multiple states, I am passionate about advocating for my client’s interests from beginning to end and am humbled by the recognition they give to our efforts.
But to be direct, the true source of my super power is the fuel that galvanizes me every day and lies in my role as a military spouse and mom to our amazing children!
