Nick Bentley assists clients buy, sell, lease, develop, invest and manage the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate properties and portfolios in Oklahoma. Nick specializes in the office and retail markets of central Oklahoma and is responsible for keeping more than 250,000 square feet of office and retail space leased.
His role in the commercial real estate transaction is to serve as his client’s advocate and advisor providing proven expertise and market knowledge that enables him to negotiate deals that serve his client's investment and business objectives.
Nick has strong, long-term ties to office and retail tenant decision-makers throughout the Oklahoma City metro area he has built while growing up and working in his family's commercial flooring business. He thrived in that setting, working in sales, client retention and project management. Nick brings these skills to his new role as an advisor for the Wiggin Properties Brokerage Team.
A graduate of the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, Nick lives in his hometown of Oklahoma City with his wife and three children.
