Nick Bergmann began his real estate career with Lee & Associates-Houston in 2016 with the Industrial Brokerage team as an Associate. In 2021, Nick Bergmann joined the Industrial Brokerage team at CBRE to assist with Landlord/Seller and Tenant/Buyer representation property acquisitions and dispositions. He aggressively tracks market trends and commands a current knowledge of available product and development throughout the region; consistently providing his clients the benefit of superior real estate service.
