Nick joined Open Realty Advisors in 2012. He leads Open Realty's consulting for Gordon Ramsay North America, and actively works with J. Crew, Madewell, Warby Parker, and Lucid Motors. Previously, Nick was the Eastern Real Estate Manager for lululemon athletica. His responsibilities included market planning and strategy, site selection, and lease negotiations as part of the oversight and execution of all real estate transactions in the eastern half of the United States. Nick began his retail real estate career with Mason Retail Group, a Maryland based consulting firm.
Nick received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from St. John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota and is currently pursuing a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
