Nick DiChiara joined Savills in 2023 as a Managing Director in the Northern Virginia office. Nick has established himself as a young leader in real estate since graduating from college in 2016. Over the course of his 7-year career, Nick has completed over 325 transactions totaling 4 million square feet representing Tenants, Landlords, Sellers, and Buyers in office and industrial asset classes. With Savills, Nick provides his clients with a range of services including strategic planning, portfolio analysis, site planning and selection, and lease negotiation. Nick has worked with a wide range of industry sectors including Government Contractors, Technology Companies, Non-profits, Real Estate Companies, and Professional Services Companies. Before Savills, Nick worked at Newmark where his primary responsibilities included representing both tenants and landlords in leasing and strategic planning and advisory services. Nick represented a variety of different ownership groups from large publicly traded REITS to local ownership groups. Nick also completed the most expensive non-data center sale in Loudoun County in the first half of 2023. Nick graduated from Colgate University in May 2016. While at Colgate, Nick majored in Economics. At Colgate Nick balanced both a rigorous academic and Division 1 football commitment. On the football field, Nick helped the Raiders win two patriot league titles and made an appearance in the NCAA Division 1 FCS Elite Eight. Nick is the President of the Junior Board for SafeSpot of Fairfax, a Children’s Advocacy Group supporting children who are victims of abuse in Northern Virginia. Nick is an active member of the Colgate Football Alumni Council and the Buckingham Browne & Nichols School alumni council. Nick also serves as an official “Maroon Mentor” to a freshman on the Colgate Football Team. Nick was recognized nationally at Newmark as one of the company’s rising stars in 2020 and 2021 and was included in DCA Live’s list of 30 rising stars of DC Real Estate in 2021.
