Nick DiPaolo is the Executive Vice President & Market Leader of Newmark’s Los Angeles region consisting of six (6) offices located in Downtown, West Los Angeles, El Segundo, Calabasas, Pasadena, and City of Industry, encompassing more than 200 employees. Nick works with the global leadership team and is responsible for the company’s strategic priorities, revenue growth, client relations, and platform integration throughout the region.
Nick oversees Newmark’s full spectrum of service offerings, including tenant and landlord brokerage, global corporate services, capital markets, valuation and advisory, and project and property management.
