Nick Jacobs leads the Global Integrated Portfolio Services (IPS) team that manages lease and sale transaction activity for multiple domestic and global corporate real estate portfolios. He is responsible for more than 100 million square feet of transaction activity in global real estate portfolios on behalf of two dozen corporate clients. In total, Nick has managed the execution of a billion + dollars in real estate leasing and sale transactions since joining JLL. He has negotiated multiple complex transactions in every major city and country across the world. He oversees international account growth for Pittsburgh, OH, IN, WI, MO, KS, IA, MI, and MN. Previous clients represented include: Met Life, Ally Bank, Unisys, Shell Oil, New York Life, Harris L3, Concurrent Technologies Corp, Noveome Biotherapeutics, Communication Workers of America, Health Net, Mylan Pharmaceuticals, Deloitte Consulting, & Alcoa. Since Joining JLL, Nick has overseen 3000+ transactions.
