Nick Maggio is a Real Estate Advisor with MacKenzie’s Baltimore County brokerage team. Working under industry veteran Tom Fidler, Nick supports leasing and sales activities throughout the greater Baltimore Metropolitan area for a variety of asset types with a focus on retail. He works with team members to generate new leasing prospects, identify market opportunities, and supports business development initiatives.
Prior to joining MacKenzie, Nick worked as a sales and account manager for Rebel Sports in Hanover, Maryland, working with multiple departments to make business operations flow smoothly to achieve sales goals.
A Baltimore native, Nick is a graduate of Calvert Hall College High School and holds a General Studies AA degree from CCBC Essex, after attending Towson University. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in the State of Maryland.
