Bio
Having started his career with Bradys in Manchester in 1999, Nick moved to the USA in 2001 to work for Grubb & Ellis in San Francisco for 3 years before joining Churston Heard in London. Prior to joining Metis Nick had stints with the Manchester offices of Colliers, CBRE and Tushingham Moore.
Nick has considerable experience in providing investors, landlords and developers with strategic development and leasing advice across in-town and out-of-town retail projects and schemes. Current instructions include The Rock, Bury; St. George’s, Preston; Gateway House, Manchester; The Spindles, Oldham; Spring Gardens, Buxton; Albert Square, Widnes; and Ecclesall Place, Sheffield. Main clients include Kennedy Wilson, LaSalle IM, Columbia Threadneedle, Infrared, New River and Nikal.
He also has a wealth of experience in advising occupiers on acquisitions and lease disposals across the UK with recent work undertaken for Waterstones, JD, Jeffery West, Shoe HQ, Mays Jewellers and Pure Gym.
