Nick Nickerson is a seasoned commercial broker in the Denver area representing sellers, buyers, and investors with a specialty in Commercial Real Estate Leasing.
Nick joined Trevey Commercial Real Estate in April 2013 and has been a commercial property owner for over 9 years. He received his Bachelor of Science from Kennesaw State University and carries with him the experience of having developed and managed his own full-service car wash from the ground up. As a result, he brings the advantage of understanding commercial real estate through both an owner’s and tenant’s perspective.
With a strong emphasis and passion for the Denver market, Nick’s educated assessment of the current market trends, his personable character, and dedication to his clients make working with Nick an easy, informed experience.
