Nick Rossini is a Senior Vice President of the Enterprise Client Solutions team. As a seasoned sales expert and account leader, Nick’s experience is invaluable as he actively leads some of our largest enterprise client pursuits. While Nick’s top priority is new business, he also partners with our Enterprise Client account directors to consult on strategic account renewals and is an active participant in new client transition processes. Nick has over 32 years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate with 15 years’ experience managing several Fortune 500 outsourced contracts containing over twenty-six service lines. Nick’s experience regarding large account management and his ability to develop cost saving and value add solutions is an impressive combination. Nick spent his 15 years at Cushman & Wakefield designing, developing, building, and implementing strategic plans, standardized transaction processes, portfolio performance standards, electronic portfolio databases, dashboards, KPI and performance measurements, end-to-end solutions, contracts, staffing models, value-add and cost avoidance standards. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Nick Rossini was Managing Partner and Director of National Portfolio Accounts for a Dallas based Real Estate Brokerage and portfolio services firm. In this capacity he managed a team of 22 Account Directors and 20 portfolio accounts. Over a three-year period, he successfully grew the business by 23% and added 7 new portfolio accounts to the firm’s portfolio.
