Nick Saraceno specializes in industrial and commercial real estate in metropolitan Chicago.
Nick has an undergraduate degree in chemistry and a Masters of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University. In addition Nick also has a C.P.A. from the University of Illinois, allowing him to offer an extensive financial, technical and business background.
He spent two years at a Big 8 public accounting firm and six years with a major chemical company before switching careers to brokerage in 1985, when he joined William Kritt & Co. (now CTK Chicago Partners-City Properties). He learned to maneuver within the metro industrial and commercial market rapidly and was promoted to vice president five years later.
Nick believes in maximizing CTK Chicago Partners-City Properties' unparalleled network—including end-users, municipal contacts and the metro brokerage community—for locating potential purchasers in the metro Chicago industrial and commercial market.
