Nick Stomski is an industrial and investment specialist and a Lifetime Member of the Central Carolina Realtors Association’s Circle of Excellence. Nick has been awarded Circle of Excellence recognition in 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. Nick offers specialization in acquisition, disposition, landlord and tenant representation in the industrial market across the state, focusing on corporate services in the capacity of brokerage and consulting. Leading the company in the industrial market, Nick has completed
over 100 transactions in the last 36 months.
