As First Vice President for Colliers International, Nick specializes in buyer/seller and tenant/landlord representation in the Southern California Orange County market. He has represented clients in the Orange County Airport Area Markets, the Irvine Spectrum and surrounding areas. His career began at Voit Real Estate Services before joining Colliers International in 2016 to work alongside Executive Vice President Michael Hartel. A tenacious prospector, his market knowledge comes from relationships he has built with commercial property owners and users in creative office spaces, high-tech medical, retail and more. His authentic interest in his clients, coupled with his thorough analytical research, allows him to put their best interest at the forefront of every transaction for exceptional results. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate from Chapman University in Orange, CA and currently serves as a Director in the Chapman Real Estate Mentorship Program. Over the course of his career thus far, he has successfully completed real estate transactions totaling 20 million square feet and $3 billion in consideration.
