Since 2005, Nick has successfully negotiated over 1,000 real estate transactions including leases and sales. Nick is a highly experienced Real Estate Broker who understands both sides of the transaction (both buyer/tenant and seller/landlord) which gives him a leg up as a Tenant or Buyer Representative or Agent.
Nick strives to provide his clients with information and service at the highest level available so they can make the right decisions for their business. Nick approaches negotiations with a direct, creative, and problem-solving style and has a powerful ability to quarterback the deal from start to finish. Additionally, Nick has an intuitive sense of layout and workflow and an eye for interior design. Although Nick has earned several notches on his belt, he has the experience to know each client is different and has different needs thus Nick works closely with each client to deeply understand their operations.
