Bio
Nick Kassab began his career in the Real Estate Industry in 2017. First working with a Real Estate Private Equity Fund, he analyzed and evaluated numerous multimillion dollar deals in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the United States. After graduating from DePaul University, he took on the challenge of working with a Chicago developer managing a portfolio of ongoing projects in some of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. In 2020, he joined the team at Encore to work in the Investment Brokerage Industry. His experience from previous roles has given him insight into the wants and needs of both institutional buyers and the insight to understand start to finish real estate sites. This background allows him a strong understanding of the clients he works with to this day, and directly contributes to his ability to produce client satisfaction.
