Before founding Viva Capital Realty, Nico honed his expertise on the acquisition team of Cerberus Capital Management, where he worked under industry leaders Marcos Egipciaco and Albert Diaz. During this time, he was responsible for underwriting and overseeing the successful transactions of over 3,000 multi-family homes nationwide, building a foundation of analytical rigor and high-volume investment execution.
