As a member of CBRE’s National Investment Team – comprised of certain leading investment sales professionals across North America – Nico heads the Ottawa office and is responsible for deal origination and execution in the national Capital Region.
Having actively worked in both the Toronto and Ottawa market, Nico has developed a strong client base and past successes have been the result of his ability to run an efficient and effective process for each assignment. One of Nico’s most notable strengths is the creativity that he brings to the table throughout the deal process. Marketing, underwriting, due diligence, and transactions are all part of the services Nico provides.
