Since 2024, Nicolas has been an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Private Client Advisors Group. Prior to joining the group as an associate in 2024, Nicolas has provided support as an Analyst since 2023 and now plays an active role in the marketing process of transactions, providing financial analysis, accessing prospective private and regional investors and coordinating marketing efforts.
With more than 80 years of combined experience and a 10 year-history of closing 500 sale transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet and $3 billion in sales volume, the Private Client Advisors team based in San Diego specializes in investment sales under $20 million located in Southern California with an emphasis on leveraging its full-service brokerage strength to help maximize asset values.
