Born and raised in Miami Beach, Nicolas has a strong understanding of the South Florida landscape. Nicolas graduated from the Design & Architecture Senior high-school with an Associates in Architectural Drafting and went on to study Nuclear Engineering at the University of Florida. After college, Nicolas worked in the real estate investment sphere where he acted as principle and manager of a multi-family portfolio in both middle and southern Florida. Nicolas is currently a licensed real estate agent in the State of Florida and holds analysis certification through CCIM. With expertise in investment analysis, property management, and customer relations, Nicolas aims to exceed client expectations. Nicholas' role with INHOUSE COMMECIAL is focused on tenant representation and market data analytics.
