Nicole Schaner is the Director, South & LatAm Digital Sales for the Advisory & Transaction Technology Group at CBRE. Nicole, along with a team of software engineers and 3D designers, joined CBRE in early 2017 when CBRE acquired Floored, a New York City-based technology startup that specializes in creating 3D technology to help clients visualize real estate solutions.
Putting clients and brokers at the center of all she does, Nicole brings real estate technology expertise to CBRE. Using knowledge gained during her tenure at Floored, she helps known owners, landlords, and developers use technology effectively to enhance their business. Nicole created and managed a team of sales development professionals while at Floored, who were responsible for permeating the real estate market as it relates to technology solutions. Her previous experience was with LinkedIn, where she helped businesses adopt “social selling” as a modern approach to sales success in the technology age.
