Nicole is a senior real estate professional with 20+ years of cross-functional operational experience in corporate real estate services involving office and industrial leasing. Her forte is developing and implementing customized solutions for corporate clients to achieve operational efficiency and maximize returns.
Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Nicole was Senior Vice President at Colliers International where she established and managed the corporate services platform for the Atlanta office including end-to-end platform development and new client transition. She also previously served as the Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for PGi managing their $12M portfolio. It is this diverse background, on both the service and tenant side, that uniquely qualifies her to collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized plans.
