Nicolo Burger, SIOR, CCIM is a third-generation real estate broker specializing in the sale, leasing, and development of industrial, vacant land, and investment properties throughout Western and Southern Wayne County. As the son of Paul Burger, SIOR, President of Burger & Company, and the grandson of Edward Burger, SIOR, co-founder of the firm, Nicolo carries forward the legacy of a brokerage that has facilitated over one billion dollars' worth of transactions. Nicolo began his real estate career in the summer of 2016 and has since closed over 200 transactions, amounting to more than 2,200,000 square feet of industrial space sold or leased, as well as over 65 acres of vacant land. These transactions have a combined value exceeding $100,000,000.00. A few notable leasing transactions include Central Ohio Paper and Packaging (40,200 sq. ft.), Detroit Radiator Corporation (40,414 sq. ft.) and Trans-Overseas Corporation (70,981 sq. ft.). Significant sales have been to SMC Performance and Auto Parts (22,400 sq. ft.), Servpro (28,000 sq. ft.), RSS Mobile Trailer Repair (7.50 Acres, Design Build to Suit) alongside multiple investment property transactions. In 2019 at 21 years old, Nicolo made history as the youngest person ever to achieve the CCIM designation. As of September 2024, at 26 years old, he has also earned the prestigious SIOR designation, an elite credential held by fewer than 3,300 real estate brokers worldwide.
