Nigel set up dohertybaines with Andrew Baines in 1995. He has over 22 years experience gained at the highest level of the industry and covers a wide range of disciplines and property types including offices, industrial premises from distribution warehousing to pharmaceutical plants, retail warehouses and leisure schemes.
He is considered an expert in cost reduction and added value services in a corporate real estate environment.
In his spare time Nigel enjoys a range of sports, including surfing, wakeboarding and skiing. He is also an avid Manchester United fan.
