Nigel is a Consultant in the Professional team having joined BCL as a Partner 1999. He was previously a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield.
For the last 20 years Nigel has advised on rent review, lease renewals, and lease regears in all sectors of the retail market for Pension Funds, Family Trusts and a number of the UK’s main Retailers. In particular he specialises in the Supermarket and Variety Store sectors, and provides strategic asset management advice on Shopping Centres.
Nigel lives in Ealing but is more likely to be found coast walking, rowing or doing any other form of extreme sport!
