Nikki Liu serves as Senior Associate at NAI Capital’s Irvine location, specializing in the leasing and sales of investment properties in Southern California. Her extensive customer service experience and market knowledge combined with high-quality training enable her to provide clients with the service level necessary to help them achieve their investment goals.
Nikki entered the commercial real estate profession as an Assistant to a Senior Associate at the same NAI Capital office in 2016. There she learned all the skills and work ethics necessary to assist her clients in achieving their real estate investment goals.
Prior to joining NAI Capital, Nikki Liu started up her own successful cleaning company where she honed her organizational skills and further developed her entrepreneurial strengths. From 2012 to 2016, Nikki compiled an extensive client base in vacation rentals, and grew the business starting from zero to a six-figure annual income in just three years, also employing and directing over 20 part-time and full-time staff members.
