Nita works to be knowledgeable of the available properties, community issues and market trends in the Table Rock Lake and Branson area. She will share her knowledge with you and assist you in understanding and achieving your goals.
Nita has worked as a Realtor in the Branson and Table Rock Lake area for more than 25 years. Her community service includes being a Board Member for Cox Medical Center – Branson, Planning and Zoning for Branson West, Table Rock Lake Community Foundation Board, Missouri State University Foundation, Trustee and chairing the Grant Committee for Skaggs Foundation. During 2010, she served in the Missouri General Assembly as the District 62 Representative to the Missouri House of Representatives. Prior to real estate she pursued a career in accounting. She resides in Branson West and can trace her family roots to this area for several generations back.
Nita enjoys relaxing and playing on Table Rock Lake, and following women’s college basketball, particularly Missouri State University Lady Bears. She also loves getting a red Saab convertible, aka Ruby, out of the garage for sunny drives around the area.
