Bio
Noah Fox is a Principal of Vertical Real Estate. Previously, Mr. Fox litigated tax and white-collar criminal cases at Black, Srebnick, & Kornspan, where he argued some of the highest profile criminal cases in South Florida. He served as the Vice-Chair of the Miami Beach Zoning Board of Adjustment, serving as the Real Estate Development Seat. This experience has given him a better understanding of the municipal process and issues that tenants and landlords face when they build-out their space. That knowledge helps protect his clients from the sometimes treacherous permitting and licensing process. With his finance and accounting background, Noah is able to creatively structure commercial deals for his clients. He has successfully negotiated national, regional, and local retail and restaurant deals- representing both the landlord and tenant. By example, Noah participated in the successful representation of landlords by procuring some of the most important new restaurants and retail tenants in Miami and Miami Beach including: Vans, Planta, Stubborn Seed, Inti.Mo, and The Meat Market. In addition, he has also represented tenants in their expansion efforts. An example is CVI.CHE 105 a company that he helped grow from a one-unit operator to currently being one of the most successful privately held restaurant groups in South Florida, with locations in Aventura Mall, Dadeland Mall, SawGrass Mills Mall, Downtown Miami, South of Fifth, Coral Gables, Washington Ave., and Lincoln Rd. Mr. Fox graduated from Tulane University with honors, earning an undergraduate degree in Finance and a Master of Accounting degree, he also graduated at the top of his class from St. Thomas University School of Law. Noah is an avid free-diver and traveler, when he isn’t showing space, he tries to get on an airplane and see the world with his family.
