Noel has been a licensed Realtor since 1988, and her real estate journey began in Pennsylvania, where she honed her skills under the guidance of her father in their thriving 3-office firm, AARON Real Estate. She gained a wealth of experience in all aspects of real estate transactions, from inception to closing, which included rentals, property management, new construction, and REO (foreclosures). After successfully selling the family business, Noel relocated to Florida, where she remained a licensed agent for 11 years. During this time, she broadened her expertise by delving into residential and commercial financing as a Licensed Mortgage Broker. Additionally, she expanded her knowledge base by specializing in the valuation of foreclosure properties.
