Bio
I am a real estate Broker, Builder and Developer
My motto is,
Real estate with purpose, guarding your future so we can guard their future
Aptly named after Africa’s distinctive sentinel of the Serengeti, Lion Realty was established with a clear focus in mind: To help individuals build wealth and to guard their future.
With more than fourty years of real estate experience, Norbert Waldenmayer possess a level of expertise that is matched by only a few.
Norbert is committed to guarding the future for others—whether it is the future of his clients or the future of the many majestic species living in Africa.
Norbert founded The African Conservancy, a not-for-profit organization committed to the preservation of the last remaining African wilderness for the benefit of both wildlife and humanity. While the task is daunting, the enthusiastic response from like-minded supporters has enabled the organization to make great strides in accomplishing its goals.
A portion of the proceeds from every real estate transaction that I successfully complete is donated to The African Conservancy.

Norbert Waldenmayer is known by his clients as a seasoned and trusted professional who is committed to providing them the kind of peace of mind that comes from knowing they have bought and sold their real estate wisely.
My initial venture into buying and selling real estate was as a university student in need of supporting myself while pursuing a master’s degree. “I learned early on that buying and selling real estate is hands-down the best way to build wealth and prosper—regardless of the particular career one chooses in life.”
Although I went on to earn my MA in Public Administration from Pepperdine University, it is in the field of real estate that I have been actively involved in since 1977. My success in commercial real estate development, construction, and sales is extensive, spanning high-rise hotel and shopping center construction as well as garden office, light industrial, and residential development construction.
After building an impressive cache of artfully designed custom and semi-custom homes in California—each of which is worthy of a feature spot in any “lifestyle” magazine—I went on to other development opportunities in Helena Montana. Among the first to take advantage of the trend towards more simplified homes on larger pieces of reasonably priced property, I successfully developed and sold several residential subdivisions, and in the process built a flourishing real estate brokerage company.
“Norbert’s direct knowledge of all aspects of real estate far exceeds that of most brokers or agents,” it has been said by my colleagues. “His clients respect his knowledge of the real estate market as it relates to current trends, the economy, and opportunities.”
It was my love for the Florida lifestyle, which began when I traveled through parts of Florida, that brought me to the state to establish a firm dedicated to assisting my clients in building wealth and guarding the future.
