Norm describes his business philosophy: "At Guidance Corporate Realty Advisors, we try to operate as if we were an extension of our client's real estate department. In addition to being a broker with Guidance, Norm is president of Lease Review, Inc., a company specializing in lease audits and other cost reduction services. Norm started his company Lease Review, Inc. after recognizing that many tenants didn't have the time or resources to properly review their lease billings. "I hate waste and I enjoy helping clients to run their businesses more efficiently," says Norm. Norm believes that Guidance Corporate Realty Advisors' focus on tenant representation fits perfectly with Lease Review''s goal of helping tenants to control costs. With his extensive experience in lease auditing, Norm brings a fresh perspective to the lease negotiation process. Whenever possible, he tries to protect his clients against unpleasant surprises by negotiating "tenant friendly" leases.
In his previous career, Norm was a geologist for a multi-national oil services firm and worked on projects throughout the U.S. and Middle East. After serving as U.S. operations manager, Norm was transferred to the company's headquarters in Paris, where he supervised exploration activities throughout the Middle East and later managed the company''''s activities in Saudi Arabia, which included a staff of 700 people.
