Omar specializes in all aspects of Real Estate Asset Management, from re-positioning of troubled assets, to maximizing profitability in stabilized assets, both residential and commercial, multifamily and single family, raw land, and developed.
On February 6, 2013, Omar was assigned as asset manager of the former Royal Ridge Office Complex at 2265 Livernois Troy, MI, consisting of 33,000 sq ft. 95% occupancy goal by December 2014. As of February 12, 2015, a few months beyond his goal, after shedding blood, sweat, and tears, building occupancy reached 95% occupancy.
In May of 2015, Omar spearheaded the acquisition of the 110,000 sq ft Forest City Corporate Center and 25,000 sq ft Forest City Tech Center in Rockford, IL. Fast forward to Jan. 2019, Omar sold Forest City tech center, and Forest City Corporate Center which is 91% occupied, with occupancy expected to hit 96% later this year.
On November 3, 2015 Omar acquired the Woods End Office Park in Madison, WI consisting of 73,000 square feet. 26% occupancy at the time of acquisition. Omar sold the park in February 2016 for a close to 200% return in 3 months!
On the multifamily end, Omar works with a wonderful, dedicated staff of 5 Property Managers and 6 Maintenance Technicians who deliver top-notch service to their residents, while improving our bottom line.
Omar is a project manager of 7 residential and commercial projects in Troy, MI - single family, multi family, retail, and mixed use developments.
