Oren Klein is a Partner at AuctionAdvisors bringing over 18 years of commercial real estate experience to his position. He is responsible for real estate auction sales and client management throughout the country.
Prior to his position at AuctionAdvisors, Mr. Klein was a Partner at Integrated Property Group, LLC d/b/a Tranzon for over four years. Prior to that, Mr. Klein was a Vice President of Sales at Express Auction for 4 years. Mr. Klein was primarily responsible for opening the company’s North East operations in New York and successfully established the company as a significant auction house in the region.
Before entering the traditional real estate auction business, Mr. Klein was a partner at a commercial real estate investment company where he concentrated on the acquisition and disposition of multifamily and office properties. Mr. Klein has also published a series of columns on the use of technology in the commercial real estate industry and was a regular columnist for Real Estate Investment & Property Report magazine.
Mr. Klein received a B.A. from Rutgers University and is a graduate of The World Champion College of Auctioneering. Mr. Klein is a licensed Real Estate Broker in NY, NJ and CT, an FDIC Subcontractor Auctioneer, and is a member of various trade organizations including: Mortgage Bankers Association (“MBA”), Turnaround Management Association (“TMA”), New York Institute of Credit (“NYIC”) and the National Association of Auctioneers (“NAA”).
