As Director of Leasing for IMC, Oscar is currently responsible for over 10 million square feet of retail, industrial and, office space. Oscar’s responsibilities include lease contract negotiation and administration, tenant improvement planning and tenant relations.
Oscar came to IMC looking to change careers with an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Miami Dade College and over 10 plus years of management experience in unrelated fields.
Oscar brings a wealth of experience and a can do attitude to the IMC team. Being accustomed to a fast pace and time sensitive environment Oscar welcomes the challenge of helping IMC grow well into the future while strengthening our infrastructure and focusing on our bottom line and long term goals.
