Otto has over 5 years of experience as a consultant within Deloitte’s Government and Public Services Practice, assessing public and private organizations’ operations, identifying inefficiencies, and developing cost-saving strategies. He focuses on coordinating Multifamily sales within the Southern Virginia region for private clients, middle markets, and institutions.
