Owen Yates (Personal Real Estate Corporation) is a Partner in Frontline Real Estate Services. With over a decade of experience, Owen has established himself as one of Metro Vancouver’s premier Land and Investment brokers.
Owen has built his career by uncovering opportunities and assisting his clients to realize the property’s highest and best use. He provides his clients with cutting edge resources, including in-depth market knowledge and concise property analyses, essential to making well-informed and strategic real estate decisions. This approach, along with his extensive experience in the acquisition, assembly and disposition of development properties, has assisted Owen in selling over a quarter billion dollars worth of real estate.
Owen volunteers his time as the Vice Chair of the BC Commercial Council, where he is striving to improve how Commercial Real Estate Practitioners conduct business throughout British Columbia.
Graduating from the Marketing Management Commercial Real Estate program at BCIT, Owen has extensive experience in Investment Analysis. He started his real estate career working with some of North America’s leading private real estate developers coordinating 500+ residential units.
In addition to his professional accomplishments Owen is the proud father of three young children and an avid golfer and soccer player.
