Page Aiken leads a team of coastal realtors with a focus on St. Simons, Sea Island and Coastal Georgia luxury homes and Coastal Investments. Page grew up on St. Simons and Sea Island and graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in International Business, 84'. Page began his real estate career in 1987 in Atlanta, Georgia, and has enjoyed practicing residential and commercial brokerage in Atlanta, Moscow, and St. Petersburg Russia. After several years of building an industry-leading brokerage in Russia, Page returned to Atlanta where he, in addition to his brokerage activities, developed over 200,000 SF of mixed-use space in the NE Atlanta market.
Page Aiken is a seventh-generation native of St. Simons, he and his wife Maryellen are active in their church and have two boys Jacob and Johnathan currently enrolled at Frederica Academy.
Page Aiken is considered a coastal market expert by his peers and his market intelligence is a result of developing and maintaining a proprietary database tracking ownership and property information. His international real estate experience, his Atlanta real estate experience, and his life long love and knowledge of the Islands makes him uniquely qualified to market luxury properties in the Golden Isles.

Most recently, Page represented the Sale of Cottage 463, Cottage 273, and Cottage 426 on 23rd Street and he recently represented the seller for the highest price ever paid for a home on St. Simons Island, the sale of Villa de Suenos at $4.2 Million. Page completed approx. 30 Million in home sales in 2020 making him one of the Top Producers in the Golden Isles.
